What happens if my nails chip ?

There are several reason why polish could chip although it is unlikely for this to happen immediately after your visit. We offer a 2 days guarantee on our Regular polish applications and a 7 days guarantee on our Color Gel & Hard Gel applications. Should your manicure or pedicure chip, we will fix them free of charge within the time period stated.

What should I do if i am running late for my appt?

To ensure timeliness for all other clients, we can only allow a 5 min grace period for all appointments. If you are running late please call the front desk right away to reschedule for a later time, otherwise your appointment will be subject to cancellation.

What if I don’t like my nails after they are done?

You can communicate any preferences before we begin and we will do our best to ensure you are pleased. Any nail length/shape/design/color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to the next. Unfortunately, once your service is complete, we are unable to change your original choices. Excessive changes that prolong a service pass the average scheduled time is subject to a surcharge and rescheduling. All services are non-refundable including Custom Nail Art.

What to do if something went wrong with my visit?

We always want to ensure a great experience for all of our clients but in the event that things don’t go according to plan, Please reach out to the store manager right away so that they can prevent you from leaving unsatisfied. It’s always best to avoid having to return for a fix but if you already left please reach our to our Help Desk. A Rep will be glad to help anytime between Monday - Friday from 9-5pm.
