We offer a 2 days guarantee on our classic manicures and a 7 days guarantee on our Color
Gel & Hard Gel Manicures. Should your manicure chip within this time frame, we will fix them
free of charge.
Although we highly recommend appointments, we do accept walk in clients depending upon
our availability. Appointments are made to provide convenience to your busy schedule.
However, frequent “NO SHOWS” may force us to no longer honor your appointment requests.
Please note we allow a 10 min grace period for all appointments. If you are unable to keep
your appointment, please contact the front desk to reschedule, otherwise your appointment
will be subject to a cancellation.
Like any other services, if you are interested in Nail Art you must add this service to your
appointment. All Custom nail design appointments are subject to approval. Your desired design will
be reviewed and a quote will be provided when you check in. We do not offer refunds on
custom nail art. Designs are not guarantee to look identical to your request. Please ask for the
tech’s nail art portfolio to have an idea of the type of work he/she can produce.
Party of 3 & Up:
Party of 3 or more – Your entire party must checked in 15 minutes prior to the
appointment time otherwise your appointments will not be guaranteed.
Party 5 & Up:
Party of 5 or more – Your entire party must checked in 15 minutes prior to the
appointment time otherwise your appointments will not be guaranteed. In addition, a 30%
security deposit is required. Any changes to time or services has to be notified 24 hours prior
to your appointment time otherwise your deposit will be forfeited.
Any nail length/shape/color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we
move on to the next. Unfortunately, once your manicure is complete, we cannot go back to
change your original choices.
