Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, services are non-refundable due to the extensive labor involved. However. products may be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a product return. kindly contact our Help Desk.

Service Guarantee:

Regular polish applications are guaranteed for 2 days, while Dazzle Dry, Color Gel. and Hard Gel services are guaranteed for 7 days. You may schedule a complimentary repair within the guarantee period.

Appointment Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Grace Period: To respect the schedules of all clients and technicians, appointments have a 5-minute grace period.

Deposits: Enhancement services require a $20 deposit, while group appointments of 4 or more require a 30% deposit. Deposits will be applied toward the final service total and may be refunded with at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations, appointment changes, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment.

Booking Restrictions: We reserve the right to decline advance bookings for clients with a history of frequent no-shows or excessive rescheduling.

Surcharge: Frequent excessive modifications, service changes, or interruptions that extend a service beyond the scheduled appointment time may incur a surcharge and/or require rescheduling. A fee of $15 applies for each additional 15-minute block after the first complimentary 15 minutes.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Primp & Polish reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate conduct, harassment, abusive language, threatening behavior, intoxication, repeated policy violations, or any behavior that disrupts the salon environment or compromises the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.

Service Changes

Any selections you make regarding nail length, shape. design. and color will be previewed on 1-2 nails before proceeding. Please note that once your service is finished. we cannot modify your initial choices.

Personal Belongings

Primp & Polish is not responsible for any lost. stolen. or damaged personal belongings while on the premises or during services. We kindly ask that guests keep all valuables in their possession at all times.
