SERVICE GUARANTEE : We offer a 2 days guarantee on our Regular polish applications and a 7 days guarantee on our Color Gel & Hard Gel applications. Should your manicure or pedicure chip, we will fix them free of charge within the time period stated.

APPOINTMENTS : Appointments are available for your convenience. We reserve the right to not allow appointments for clients with a history of frequent no shows. We also reserve the right to deny services for inadequate conduct.


LARGE GROUP (4 ppl or more) : A 30% deposit is required. Any changes to time or services have to be notified 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. Catering Fee is non refundable.

RUNNING LATE? To ensure timeliness for all other clients, we can only allow a 5 min grace period for all appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact the front desk to reschedule, otherwise your appointment will be subject to cancellation.

CUSTOM NAIL ART : Aside from our Design Collection, we also offer Custom Nail Art. There is limited availability for this service which must be booked with a specialized technician. We can not guarantee that your customized nail art will be identical to the design/idea presented. However, we can show you on 1 nail first, you must approve it before we can continue on. Before booking with us, please ask to see the nail artist’s portfolio. All services are non-refundable including Custom Nail Art. This also means that if you do not like your nail art after more than 1 nail and want to remove everything, 30% of the original quoted price will be charged for the time our artist spends to draft up the design/idea.

CHANGES : Any nail length/shape/design/color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to the next. Unfortunately, once your service is complete, we are unable to change your original choices.

SERVICE SURCHARGE: Excessive changes that prolong a service pass the average scheduled time is subject to a surcharge and/or rescheduling. $15 per 15 min blocks. The first additional 15 minutes is free.

RETURN & REFUND :Services, unfortunately, are non-refundable due to the intensive labor involved. Products can be returned or exchanged, unopened and unused within 7 days of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. To process a product return, please reach out through our Help Desk.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS : We are not responsible for personal belongings

SHIPPING : Products shipping are available within the US via USPS Ground. Shipping is complimentary on orders of $25 or more.
